Yummie Honey Flapjack

🍯YUMMIE HONEY FLAPJACKS 🐻

I absolutely love flapjacks and am happy eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner Sadly, 99% of the flapjacks you can buy in-store are so full of nasties and refined sugars, it’s madness! You’d think they are healthy but just go read those ingredients list. 😳⁠⠀

Therefore, I make my own. They are so quick and easy to make and I love taking these with me as a snack to work. ⁠⠀


It will only take you 3 mins to prep these: ⁠⠀

2 medium bananas⁠⠀
150g quick cook oats⁠⠀
100g mixed seeds and dry berries of your choice ⁠⠀
pinch of salt⁠⠀
180g smooth peanut butter⁠⠀
5 tbsp honey ( always use the best quality real honey like BuyWholeFoodsOnline Raw Wild Flower Bulgarian Honey ) ⁠⠀
1 tbsp coconut oil⁠⠀
1 tbsp soya/almond milk⁠⠀
⁠⠀
💛Start by mashing bananas with a fork until they are smooth and runny. ⁠⠀
💛Add dry ingredients and mix. ⁠⠀
💛Add liquids incl melted coconut oil, mix everything. ⁠⠀
Place in a non-stick baking tin.⁠⠀
💛Preheat the oven to 180°C, bake your flapjack for 30 minutes. ⁠⠀
