Garlic Green Beans

Simple, delicious, quick. As always. Makes a perfect addition to your salad bowl, or a side to your steak or fish. Pre-cook them and store in the fridge for your lunch boxes or dinners. It is low calorie, full of fibre, filling and makes a fun snack for kids. Perfect! 

3 cups of Green Beans 

3 garlic cloves 

Lemon and lemon zest 

Coconut oil 

  1. Pre-heat your coconut oil and fry green peans and sliced garlic really quickly on a hot pan. Once you see bean’s sides get golden, place them on a plate. 
  2. Sprinkle some lemon juice and lemon zest. Season with sea salt and Enjoy!
